Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively meet customer needs. This is a commission only based position with four weeks of paid training. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth within assigned territories. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or technology sales is preferred. * Strong background in inside sales or retail sales is a plus. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Ability to analyze market data and identify trends that can drive sales growth. * Familiarity with territory management principles to optimize coverage and performance. * Proficient in conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions to customers. * Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in the field.
