Full description of the position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position will manage incoming opportunities as well as actively pursue and track job leads within the Sales Department. This also includes following up on lost opportunities while partnering with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Generating sales is a critical aspect of this role, as it directly contributes to the company's growth, profitability, and long-term success. By effectively identifying and converting leads, the Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in driving revenue, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships. A strong sales performance also enhances the organization's ability to invest in new opportunities, improve service offerings, and maintain a competitive edge in the industry. Essential Duties: * Receive incoming sales calls, qualify customer requests, and catalogue information coordinating with the Sales, Estimating, and other departments as required * By using lead generating systems, identifying and contacting potential customers/prospects using cold calling techniques and email outreach to generate business * Actively follow up on target customers, bids and existing estimates submitted to customers * Maintenance of bidding and project tracking computer system * Supports Account Managers with project and customer leads, follow up information and customer service, through developing and maintaining relationships, and utilizing project lead services * Partners with the Estimating Department to provide pricing to customers * Partners with the Product Sales Department to provide pricing to customers * Partners with the Operations to provide availability to customers * Coordinates pricing efforts for target projects * Supports special projects * Actively track and record customer interactions in the CRM system (HubSpot) * Performs sales administration functions routinely as needed * Maintain data base to be current We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
