JOB SUMMARY: The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving outbound sales efforts, securing new business, and expanding our presence within high- value markets. This role requires a dynamic, confident, and results-oriented individual with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at the highest corporate levels. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with a strong executive presence, unafraid of high-level business negotiations and relentless in pursuit of new opportunities. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: * 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within corporate events, experiential marketing, or luxury hospitality. * Proven track record of closing high-value deals ($500K+ contracts preferred). * Strong executive presence, confidence in boardroom settings, and ability to command a room. * Exceptional negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills. * Self-starter with a hunter mentality--must thrive in a high-energy, target-driven environment. * Expertise in navigating corporate hierarchies and engaging with C-suite executives. * Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven sales strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: OUTBOUND SALES & LEAD GENERATION * Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy targeting Fortune 500 companies and high-value corporate clients. * Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and industry engagement. * Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and client base. * Identify key decision-makers and navigate complex organizational structures to secure high-level meetings. CLIENT ACQUISITION & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT * Lead negotiations and close contracts with top-tier corporate clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Establish trust and credibility with executives, event planners, and procurement teams. * Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff and execution of events post-sale. * Develop long-term partnerships and retain high-value clients through strategic relationship management. MARKET POSITIONING & INDUSTRY PRESENCE * Represent Entire Productions at key industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility. * Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to position Entire Productions as a market leader. * Collaborate with marketing to develop high-impact sales materials, proposals, and outreach campaigns. COLLABORATION & STRATEGY ALIGNMENT * Partner with Account Management, Event Production, and Entertainment divisions to ensure alignment in sales and execution. * Provide strategic insights and feedback on client needs, market shifts, and business development opportunities. * Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and meet company growth objectives. KEY MEASURABLES: * Consistent growth in revenue through new client acquisitions. * Development of a high-value sales pipeline, focusing on corporate and Fortune 500 clients. * Successful closing of high-ticket contracts aligned with company goals. * Strong executive presence and confidence in high-stakes negotiations. * Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
