Real Estate Sales Administrative Assistant Reports To Lead Real Estate Agent / Sales Manager Job Overview Ideal opportunity for a new Realtor or someone considering getting into real estate! This job provides a rare opportunity to not only operate as an agent with your own clients, but also earn steady income serving as administrative support for Chestnut Real Estate & Home Builders. Handle administrative duties such as transaction management, organizing files, help with marketing efforts, fill in for client and potential client meetings, tours and open houses alongside customer service duties to meet the needs of clients and visitors. Responsibilities, Duties & Opportunities * Prepared to be trained and coached in Chestnut Real Estate culture * Assist agents in listings, contracts and closings * Manage day to day office responsibilities for Chestnut Real Estate. * Maintain consistent record-keeping on google docs and filing system * Learn marketing strategies and implement them in such things like website, social media, hootsuite, mailchimp and canva.| Regular Postings - Market Team & Strategy with Office Manger * Potential client lead follow-up and management * Alternate to Selections Coordinator as needed * Work rotation of Chestnut model home hours on weekends * Provide transaction coordination support for Chestnut Real Estate and Home Builders * Other duties as assigned * Income opportunities include unlimited potential from personal real estate deals, shared commission opportunity for providing support with shared real estate deals, shared commission opportunity from providing support to Chestnut Home Builder Sales Manager, bonuses from acting as transaction coordinator.
