Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service, assisting with product selection, and ensuring the store operates smoothly. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude will contribute significantly to our store's success. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to create an inviting shopping environment. * Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. * Utilize POS systems efficiently for processing transactions and managing inventory. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas.
