Job Description Farmers Insurance is looking for an individual that will be working full time as a processor of documents for policies on the new and existing business levels. The customer service & sales representative will have the opportunity to earn commission on the sales and retention that they ensure close due to their document verification and collection efforts. Salary: $36000.00 - $45000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Career Growth Opportunities * Responsibilities* * Timely management of your task pipeline * Work with customers on outstanding documents needed for their policies * Reviewing of new business accounts to ensure all documents are present * Follow up with sales reps on any outstanding information needed * Interact with underwriting team on acceptance of documents Requirements * High school diploma or GED required, Associates/Bachelor's Degree preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills (composition and grammar) are a MUST * Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and be assertive in a collaborative environment * Results-oriented, with strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills * Ability to work well independently, multi-task, and handle time-sensitive material in a fast-paced environment * Current Property and Casualty License for Texas required * Commercial insurance experience a plus Company Description Farmers Insurance Group of Companies is a leading U.S. insurer group of automobiles, homes and small businesses and also provides a wide range of other insurance and financial services products.
