Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, territory management, and customer service, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support throughout their purchasing journey. Duties * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking and referrals. * Manage an assigned sales territory, developing strategies to maximize sales potential within the area. * Upsell additional products and services to existing customers to enhance their experience and increase revenue. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients. * Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts and promotional activities. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Skills * Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. * Experience in outside sales and territory sales management is highly desirable. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships. * Demonstrated business development skills with a focus on lead generation strategies. * Proficient in conducting product demos that engage potential clients and highlight key benefits. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
