Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Commercial Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new commercial business opportunities while also managing existing client relationships. Utilize and leverage your expertise in market analysis and technology sales to effectively promote our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. HVAC Experience: * Minimum 2+ Years of HVAC Commercial Sales Experience * Knowledge of HVAC and Boiler equipment and their operational performance * Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills. * Demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills to develop effective proposals and customer-facing correspondence * Sales Planning * Prospecting Skills and Cold Calling * Motivation for Sales * Closing Skills * Persistence * Achieving Sales Goals Job Duties and Key responsibilities: * Able to develop and implement effective sales strategies and consistently achieve sales performance metrics and annual sales targets * Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts. * Initiates a sales process by scheduling appointments; developing initial presentation; understanding account requirements. * Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts. * Proposal & Estimate Preparation: Develop accurate estimates for service agreements, provide customer action plans, and collaborate with the Operations Manager and General Manager to ensure a successful outcome. * Demonstrated experience in selling service agreements * Able to negotiate service agreement renewals effectively * Ability to develop and propose technical repair opportunities * Ability to understand Customer purchasing processes and adapt selling style to match * Able to manage multiple demands on your time and prioritize for best outcomes * Having a bias toward customer service and fast response to customer requests * Ability to cross sell and upsell to expand existing customer / contact base * Sales & Relationship Building: Proactively prospect, establish, and nurture relationships with potential commercial customers, including property management companies, building owners, and other business decision-makers. * Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver professional, tailored sales proposals that clearly communicate the value of our HVAC, and plumbing service agreements. * Lead Management; Track leads, sales forecasts, and follow-up activities, ensuring timely and accurate updates to help close deals and meet revenue goals. * Customer Retention & Strategy: Work with customers to understand their needs for HVAC, develop solutions, and position the company as their trusted service partner. * Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (technical support, operations) to ensure a seamless service delivery that meets customer needs and expectations. * Market Awareness & Reporting: Stay attuned to market trends, customer needs, and sales performance to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly * Weekly meetings to review sales, market development, potential new and existing customers, service agreements, etc. Required Qualifications : * Minimum 2+ Years of HVAC sales experience * High School Diploma/ GED * Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple sales cycles. * Self-starter and highly motivated to build a rapport with existing and new customers * Computer proficiency and multitasking capabilities. * Must be able lift/carry 40 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and be comfortable working on roofs / platforms * Ability to pass an MVR background check * Ability to travel locally Base Salary and Commission Pay Company vehicle for business use Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Application Question(s): * Can you lift/carry 40 lbs?
