Job Position: We are seeking a full-time sales specialist to complement our sales department! The ideal candidate should have: * A passion for all things automobile! * 2+ years experience in sales or finance * Familiarity with a wide range of makes, models, and vehicle options * Basic understanding of mechanical terminology * Basic photography skills * Outstanding verbal & written communication skills * Ability to work independently, as well as within a team * Obsession with 'the details' * Integrity * Ownership mentality * Desire to grow the business * Eagerness to learn Key Responsibilities: * Research and maintain knowledge of all details, specifications, and pricing of Lotus models and current pre-owned inventory. * Effectively communicate with and assist customers with for-sale vehicles or other needs via phone calls, video chat, email, and in-person. * Accompany and guide customers on test drives * Negotiate the sale of inventory vehicles with customers * Build rapport with new and existing clients * Collect new and retain existing order reservations * Work with customers to prepare orders and accurately submit them to the manufacturer for production. * Assist our sales team in handing over newly purchased vehicles to customers and provide tutorials upon request. * Photograph inventory, including value-adding details and known flaws * List inventory with detailed and compelling descriptions on our company website and other listing sites. * Market our business, services, and inventory by creating email campaigns and social media posts. * Regularly update our websites and social media channels per the company's needs or manufacturer's requirements. * Input customer, vehicle, and transactional information into various dealer databases. Proficiency in using spreadsheets is a requirement. * Aid in the marketing and executing of company events (promotional, social, charitable, etc.) * Complete various dealer and manufacturer training. * Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of vehicles and merchandise in our showroom. Minimum Requirements: * Proficiency in driving a manual transmission * Clean driving record & valid driver's license * High school diploma or equivalent Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Some Saturdays may be required for customer appointments or company-sponsored activities. Compensation: This position's annual base salary range is $50,000 and up, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for additional sales commissions with satisfactory performance after 90 days of employment. Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Gator Motorsport's benefits, which include: * Paid time off- 10 vacation days and 5 sick days are allowed annually. In addition, Gator Motorsport provides paid time off for 7 national holidays throughout the year. * Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage is available.
