Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, customer service, and account management. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, assist them in finding the right products, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Manage accounts by building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their ongoing needs are met. * Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Handling transactions with accuracy. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals. * Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. * Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales or direct sales roles * Familiarity with B2B sales processes is preferred * Strong skills in lead generation and account management. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate value to customers. * Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting products is essential. * Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. * A passion for sales and a drive to exceed performance targets. * A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Skills: * Communicates orally and in writing in both the Spanish and English languages with our Spanish clients. * Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) * Proficient in Microsoft Office Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
