Retail Sales clerk: This position requires an experienced, organized and confident worker with a stable and verifiable work history. Must have excellent social skills and be very friendly and outgoing: commission is available after 90 days of employment please note: Our store is an adult boutique and bikini store which means you will deal with customers on a more personal level( ex: explaining lubricants and adult massagers and toys) so we ask that you are comfortable explaining to our customers the products that we do carry. * must have open availability * You build relationships and want to be part of a winning team * You take pride in yourself, your work and the success of your store * Engage in genuine conversation while completing cashwrap transaction processes quickly and accurately * Keep all cashwrap supplies in stock and organized * Understand and follow all company-defined policies and procedures * Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members * Ability to demonstrate strong customer focused service on and off the salesfloor * Providing our customers with an optimal shopping experience is our #1 priority. * Meet selling goals/expectations during scheduled shifts * Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant * Determine customer needs based on personal features and other customer preference related factors * Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services to build sales and minimize returns * Be knowledgeable of and perform sales support functions related to POS procedures Qualifications * 2+ years' experience in a customer service related position. * Strong Team Player. * Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality. * Effective problem solving skills * Strong work ethic. * Ability to function independently without supervision. * Detail oriented. * Ability to maintain a professional demeanor even when faced with adversity.
