Full description of the position

Sales Representative: Responsibilities include presenting our products to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics and recommending ways to promote and sell our products. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct market research to find potential customers and figure out competitor trends; * Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions; * Provide support & maintain relationship with existing customers and distributors; * Work closely with other internal teams to meet individual and group goals; * Willing to travel domestic or aboard as requested; * Account payable follow up to avoid bad debts, customer credit control & risk management; * Serve as a direct point of contact for territory customers. * Supervise and monitor the work of territory sales assistant/ rep * Assist to complete monthly sales reports and forecasts and quarterly evaluations of customers * Performs other duties as assigned. Candidate Qualifications: * College degree and above; * A minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing, automotive service and equipment preferred; * A minimum 1 years experience of management; * Strong communication and team management skills; * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills ; * Proven analytical, planning and problem solving skills * Experience in Microsoft office ( Excel, Power point and word).
