Your day involves direct client interactions, addressing their needs, and maintaining a calm atmosphere. In the afternoon, you'll focus on meticulous data management, inputting notes and job details into our advanced systems. This role goes beyond a job; it's a dynamic position where you contribute significantly to the security narrative. * WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU To be our Account Management Representative, you'll need: * 1+ years of dispatching experience (HVAC company or similar) * Excellent phone etiquette * Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel * Typing speed of 30+ words per minute * Take Initiative * Calm demeanor & Deescalation Skills * Punctuality * Ability to multitask * Attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Customer service experience * Fluency in both English and Spanish * WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION * Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, with potential for on-call duties. * Location: Join us in Peoria, AZ, where security meets sunshine! * ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
