Benefits: * Medical * Dental * Vision * 401K * Paid Vacation * Company Holidays * Saturday Lunches * Discounts on Products and Services Essential Job Functions: * Help lead the Sales team through sales process - including customer follow-up, customer escalations, assisting with customer concerns, and managing Sales Consultant performance * Ensuring customer follow-up through day-to-day management of the Sales team. * Work with manufacturers on incentive programs, rebate schedules, and maintaining a balanced vehicle inventory. * Play an active role in the recruitment, interviewing, selection and development of the sales team. * Assist the GM in the facilitation of sales meetings and provide on the job training to the Sales people. * Partner with the Finance office to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach. * Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's expectations as it pertains to interactions with customers, co-workers, subordinates, and vendors. * Ensure high CSI Qualifications/Skills: * Ability to maintain a level of professionalism and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations. * Verbal and written communication skills. * Professional personal presentation. * Attention to detail, organizing and planning. * 3+ years of automotive management experience. * Proven track record in desking and closing deals. * Proficient in operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and Word. * Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred. Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screen required.
