DATAMYTE sells to...supports...and services the world's largest manufacturers. In this position, you will be calling on Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Boeing, Honda, Tesla, Lockeed Martin, John Deere, and many, many more. * The Solution Sales Representative (SSR) is responsible for supporting the sales efforts of their assigned Regional Sales Manager (s). The SSR plays a key role the identification and engagement of contacts and leads as well as nurturing of contacts and leads throughout the sales process. An experienced SSR will also engage leads directly with sales intent. Responsibilities: * Lead identification * Using all available online resources, and complying with all defined territory and account assignment rules, identify appropriate leads for outreach. * Working with Marketing, use available resources (Sales Force, Zoom Info, LinkedIn, etc.) to geographically identify potential contacts and leads in anticipation of RSM travel. * Load all leads into Sales Force with appropriate campaign identification and proper engagement cadence. * Lead engagement * Engage all assigned inbound leads received from website gated forms following the pre-defined cadence. * Engage all leads loaded in anticipation of RSM travel. * Travel/trip and PNM support * Prior to any on-site or online prospect meeting, research and document all aspects of the individual and the company. Research should include but not be limited to social media, business and financial sources, general searches. All research documents to be provided to RSM prior to travel. * Post-onsite and meeting follow up * Ensure that reasonable follow-up tasks have been completed. Including but not limited to the sending of Team (Thank you) kits. Qualifications * Proven inside sales experience * Track record of over-achieving quota * Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day * Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM * Strong listening and presentation skills * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Related solutions selling or value selling methodology within an inside sales environment. * Experience selling to manufacturing companies with demonstrated contacts inside manufacturing quality process leadership. * BA/BS degree or equivalent LANGUAGE SKILLS * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations as applied to sales pursuits. Ability to write and deliver proposals and business cases to an executive audience. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS * Ability to work with spreadsheets and concepts, such as: return on investment, probability and capacity planning in software and services delivery scenarios. * Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations inside and outside MS Office, Excel, and other CRM tools as tied to sales process. COMPUTER SKILLS * Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office - high focus on PowerPoint, Excel, WebEx or similar online meeting toolkits. * REASONING ABILITY * Ability to define problems, collect information, derive value statements and needs of the customer to formulate business proposals and sales campaigns and ultimately set priorities and manage time.
