Position Summary*: Schmitt Music is seeking an Account Services Representative for our corporate headquarters location. With a desire to help others succeed, this position leads their team to provide BRAVO customer service and drives sales. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Light accounting * Contract entry * Maintain departmental reports * Take incoming customer calls * Make outgoing customer calls to resolve delinquent accounts * Professionally manage highly confidential customer information and legal documents Work Environment This position operates in an office setting and operates normal office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines, telephones and filing systems. There are only minor physical demands such as filing. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This position is a full-time day position. Typical work days are Monday through Friday with occasional weekend projects. Daily hours are flexible. Full-time status is a minimum of 37 hours per week.
