Position Overview: As a Sales Support representative, you will work closely with our Sales Team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales process by assisting with order entry, managing customer inquiries, and providing administrative support. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: * Estimating- Read/interpret blueprints, calculate materials needed and cost estimates * Customer service- develop a positive rapport with clients/customers * Data Entry- convert estimates into active orders using computer systems * Field measuring- perform measurements for orders * Special order tracking * Sales representation- represent contractor sales staff when senior sales member is out of the office * Continuous improvement * Safety and wellness Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Minimum 2-year degree in construction technology preferred * 1- 3 years sales and/or customer service required * 1 - 3 years in building materials and industry required Why Join Scherer Bros.
