Job Summary We are seeking a motivated construction sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and account management, with a focus on both new business development and maintaining existing customer relationships. Responsibilities * Develop customer relationships and handle accounts related to purchases of new equipment, and attachments. * Execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets. * Manage territory effectively, ensuring coverage of all potential clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. * Identify opportunities for cross-selling products or services. * Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients. * Track sales activities and report on performance metrics regularly. * Collaborate with the sales team for lead generation. * Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services. Skills * Strong experience in Construction/Agriculture. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience in generating leads in a competitive market. * Displays account management skills, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. * Familiarity with outside sales techniques and retail sales environments. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
