The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to upsell and negotiate effectively. This position requires you own transportation and have some sales experience. Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. * Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. * Present product demos to potential clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their needs. * Negotiate contracts and close sales, maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling techniques. * Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM software. Experience * Proven experience in B2B and Residential sales or account management is preferred. * Strong skills in cold calling and lead generation techniques. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. * Familiarity with software tools for managing sales processes and tracking performance metrics. * Experience conducting product demos that engage potential clients and highlight key selling points. * A solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the industry is a plus.
