Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, Wellness-loving, and sales-driven Front Desk Sales Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves to exceed goals, enjoys earning bonuses on top of their base pay, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every client.Our studio is membership-based, so we're looking for someone who understands the importance of building client relationships and is confident in recommending membership options to suit client needs. A background in sales is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who aligns with our values and mission of providing a five- star client experience.Key Responsibilities * Sales Focus : Confidently promote and sell massage memberships, add-on services, and packages to maximize appointments and revenue. * Client Engagement : Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction--whether in person or over the phone--is professional, friendly, and memorable. * Scheduling : Manage appointment bookings with efficiency and accuracy to maximize availability for therapists and clients. * Payment Processing : Handle client checkouts, process payments, and assist with billing inquiries. * Operational Support : Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by completing laundry, light cleaning, and miscellaneous tasks. * Troubleshooting : Quickly and calmly resolve scheduling conflicts, client concerns, and operational challenges. * Administrative Tasks : Answer phones, handle data entry, and manage records with precision. * Team Collaboration : Work closely with therapists and management to ensure seamless daily operations and a cohesive team environment. Preferred Qualifications * Prior sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals. * Customer service or front desk experience in a client-facing environment. * Strong phone etiquette and organizational skills. * Prior experience in the spa or wellness industry. * Professional & Mature demeanor Schedule We're looking to fill regular hours and provide coverage as needed. Shifts we're looking to fill are: Monday afternoon-evening, Thursday afternoon-evening, & an occasional Saturday monthly/bi monthly. More hours and shifts may be available. The right candidate is looking to work a part-time schedule around 12- 26 +hours per week.
