Pay Range Includes Base Plus Commission Job Summary We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Car Wash Ticket Sales Manager to join our energetic team. In this customer-facing role, you will assist patrons with car wash and detailing service purchases while delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales abilities, keen attention to detail, and a strong commitment to creating a positive customer experience. Success in this position also includes consistently meeting assigned sales goals. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting car wash and detail packages. * Provide information about detailing packages and benefits. * Process car wash ticket sales efficiently using the point-of-sale system. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues * Maintain an organized car wash specific areas, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Requirements * Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is required. * Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Must possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken form. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are preferred. * Ability to work well in a FAST PACED team-oriented environment. * Experience in a goal-driven sales environment is highly valued. * Familiarity with detailing services and car wash services, is advantageous but not required. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. * Ability to work longer hours 10+ and to open and close business.
