Phantom Fireworks is seeking a dynamic Account Coordinator to join our growing team in Southern California. The Account Coordinator is responsible for maintaining our current accounts in addition to establishing new accounts within a specific territory. This role will transition into operations from May to the end of the sales season in July. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Deliver high-level presentations. * Develop company presence in new cities. * Work with property owners to secure quality sales sites. * Train and provide customer service to all organizations. * Execute state and local licensing permits. * Problem-solve and provide solutions effectively. * Work extended hours, including weekends in June and July. * Travel weekly within the assigned territory. * Be a strong team player. * Perform all other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager. Qualifications: * Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. * Must be an "active" listener. * Must have computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Must be able to manage and prioritize several projects simultaneously. * Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. * Must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check. * Must have a valid driver's license. * MUST HAVE GOOD ATTENDANCE Education and/or Experience: * College degree preferred but not required; 3-5 years of relevant experience may be substituted.
