BoxDrop Mattress & Furniture is a family-owned furniture store that has been serving the community for 6 years. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality furniture, exceptional customer service, and a warm, welcoming shopping experience. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and friendly Furniture Sales Associate to join our team. DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE Sales staff makes $4000-$7000 a month with hours & commission!! Responsibilities: * Assist customers in selecting furniture that fits their style, needs, and budget * Provide knowledgeable recommendations on product features, materials, and design * Build relationships with customers to create repeat business * Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring displays are organized and appealing * Process sales transactions and assist with financing options as needed * Stay up to date on new furniture trends and inventory updates * Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals Qualifications: * Previous retail or sales experience required (furniture sales a plus) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A passion for home decor and helping customers find the perfect pieces * Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed * Basic computer skills for processing transactions and tracking inventory * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We Offer: * Hourly wage + competitive commission opportunities * Employee discounts on furniture and mattresses * A friendly, family-oriented work environment * Opportunities for growth and advancement If you're a people person with an eye for design, we'd love to have you on our team!
