As a Retail Store Associate , you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, assisting guests with purchases, and maintaining a clean, organized retail and warehouse environment. This is a fast-paced, dynamic position ideal for individuals who thrive in retail and event settings. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance with product selections. * Deliver exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience. * Operate an electronic register to process card and digital payments only (no cash handling). * Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing. * Support warehouse organization, stocking, and inventory replenishment. * Restock merchandise to maintain appropriate inventory levels. * Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed. * Follow all store policies and procedures, including security and loss prevention. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and performance targets. Qualifications: * Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable using electronic payment systems for card and digital transactions. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. * Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. * Able to stand for extended periods. * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
