Architect-Information Services Business Process This position is remote with some onsite work located at our Landmark Building in Indianapolis, IN. This position will be part of the Demand Management team and play a crucial role in the daily operations of the IIS Intake process. It will include working with the IT Service Management platform to ensure it supports the intake workflows and metrics reporting requirements. There is an emphasis on relationship management with our internal and external business partners. Preferred Qualifications: * Workflow analysis and development * Prior experience leading projects/initiatives * Experience in relationship management * Facilitating meetings and training sessions Responsibilities: * Translates business strategy and tactical business needs into a business architecture that supports business process improvements. * Partners with business managers and vendors in the development of business strategies and business process improvements (driven by business opportunities/needs or by Technology opportunities/needs). Contributes to the transformation of one or more of our Enterprise Business capabilities (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.). * Creates and maintains the roadmaps of functional capabilities and works with the Enterprise Architects to maintain mapping to overall enterprise architecture. * Acts as the liaison between all stakeholders within a respective business area, and manages the decision process for all technology changes related to the business area. * Develops business cases when necessary and the preparation of the governance structure (steering committee, business project teams, subject matter experts, etc.). * Responsible for metrics, and monitoring business improvements throughout the project lifecycle of key deliverables. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree Required. Masters Preferred. * 7-10 years of relevant experience. * Requires a fundamental understanding of business process skills (e.g., lean, six sigma), SDLC methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, etc.), IS development processes, and project management. * Requires 7+ years of experience in HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, Supply Chain, Financials or other ERP technologies. * Requires 10+ years of combined experience in at least two of the following functional areas: Talent Management /HCM, Payroll & Workforce Management, Supply Chain, Finance. * Requires experience leading virtual teams, facilitating constructive debate and driving outcomes within time and budget constraints. * Demonstrates the ability to weigh short-term tradeoffs against long-term alignment to achieve goal.
