Responsibilities * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. * Conduct inside sales activities, including cold calling potential clients to generate leads. * Engage in business development efforts to identify new opportunities and expand market reach. * Up-sell products and services to existing customers, enhancing their overall experience. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements * Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in roofing sales or a related field. * Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. * Proficient in negotiation techniques with a track record of successful deal closures. * Experience with inside sales strategies, including cold calling and lead generation. * Familiarity CRM software is highly desirable. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. * A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and achieving targets.
