About us Once Upon a Child is seeking motivated individuals for fast paced retail store. Seeking Sales Associates, and Key holders. Pay dependent up experience, availability and duties. Checking out customers, evaluating customers items, and restocking are some of the tasks involved. Bilingual Spanish big plus. Weekday and weekend availability preferred. (rotating Sunday availablility) Availablity for key holder positions - looking for candidates with at least one year of previous retail lead experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with product selection. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect product. Additionally, the Retail Sales Associate should be comfortable with upselling and cross-selling products to increase sales. Responsibilities: * Greet customers and provide them with information about products and services. * Assist customers in finding the products they need. * Answer customer questions and address any complaints they may have. * Maintain a clean and organized store environment. * Process payments and complete sales transactions. * Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
