We have an immediate opening for a BDC representative. Prior Service Department experience is preferred. In this role you will: * Schedule and Confirm Service Appointments Daily * Schedule "We - Owe" Appointments with Service Department and Independent Sublet Companies * Assist Service Advisors As Needed * Work With Sales to Schedule New Cars for Upcoming Service Appointments * Assist Service Manager with Various Duties Daily * Must Protect the Organization's Value by Keeping Information Confidential Job Requirements: * Prior Service Experience Preferred * Sense of Urgency * Good Verbal And Written Communication Skills Benefits/What We Offer * Medical * Dental * Vision * LTD * Basic & Supplemental Life Insurance * 401K
