Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with their needs, promoting products, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Experience in Wine or Liquor field is preffered. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly. * Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. * Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and managing cash flow. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. * Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring that products are well-displayed and easily accessible. * Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. * Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere. Experience * Previous experience in wine or Liquor sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers effectively. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations. * Experience with supervising or training new staff is a plus. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this skill can enhance customer interactions. * A passion for retail sales and a desire to learn about products will contribute to your success in this role.
