Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. You will play a crucial part in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring that our products are well-stocked and displayed. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Operate and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. * Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, including stocking shelves and arranging merchandise. * Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store. * Assist in supervising junior staff when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Utilize basic math skills. * Support promotional activities and maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. * High school diploma required Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate where you can grow your career while providing outstanding service to our valued customers!
