Sales Associate Needed Honda House is Virginia's highest volume Powersports Dealership that has been in business since 1965. We sell and service Motorcycles, ATV's, Personal Watercraft, Generators, Lawn Mowers and Electric Vehicles. Essential Job Functions: Sprocketz, our accessory store, is looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team. We sell a wide range of accessories catering to all aspects of power sports including Motorcycles, Watercraft, ATV's, to lawnmowers and generators. Customer service is our number one priority here and has kept us in business for over 50 years. Responsibilities: * Greet and guide customers as they appear in the dealership * Assist customers in finding gear and accessories that meet their needs * Enhance the sales process by demonstrating product features and benefits * Take part in training sessions for new and existing products * Organize, stock, and merchandize new and existing products * Maintain a clean work area Qualifications: * Previous automotive or powersports sales experience is a PLUS but not required * Must have a clean & valid driver's license * Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment * Enthusiastic with high energy * Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections * Quality customer service skills and sales track record * Strong interpersonal and communication, in-person and over the phone * Capable of learning and using new software and systems * Persistent, competitive, and outstanding work ethic * Focuses on the customer's needs to enhance sales * Able to work weekends * Bilingual abilities are a plus Job Type: Full-time Required experience: * Retail sales experience Required education: * High school or equivalent Required license or certification: * Valid/clean driver's license Job Type: Full-time Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Sales Experience: 1 year (Required) * Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
