In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence through strategic planning and effective relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, project management, and customer relationship management, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully. Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives. * Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking. * Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients that effectively communicate our value proposition. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Qualifications * Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry. * Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
