Be the Backbone of Our Operations - Join Kings Window Services as an Administrative Assistant! Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000+ per year with Potential to make $100k+! Industry: Replacement Windows/Glazing (Residential, Commercial) Full Job Description: King's Window Services LLC is hiring a Sales & Estimating Specialist to help homeowners and contractors get top-quality window replacements--with accurate quotes and trusted support from the first call through installation. This is a client-facing, field-driven role focused on closing sales and preparing installs for success. You'll meet with clients, take exact measurements, present product options, and generate estimates. Once the deal is closed, you'll gather all necessary project details so our install team can hit the ground running. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: * Meet with residential customers and contractors to understand their window replacement needs * Take precise, to-the-fraction measurements on-site * Recommend product options, show color samples, and explain pricing clearly * Create and present estimates that are accurate and competitive * Gather and confirm all necessary install details (materials, access, scope) * Submit complete project info to the install team * Place and confirm material orders * Provide friendly, ongoing communication with the customer as needed * Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams on assigned projects * Resolve issues quickly and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget * Maintain thorough documentation and follow up on change orders * Utilize estimating and project management software/tools as needed Qualifications: * Prior experience in window sales, estimating, or installation * Strong knowledge of window products and replacement processes * Must be confident in taking detailed measurements and reading conditions in the field * Familiarity with commercial and residential construction processes * Excellent customer service, tech, and communication skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated * Experience managing subcontractors and working with vendors * Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with construction software is beneficial * Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Driver's license preferred; ability to travel locally to meet clients and visit job site visits Benefits: * Weekly Pay Cycle * Sales Performance Bonuses & End-of-Year Rewards * Unlimited Earning Potential, no capped ceilings for sales * Paid Time Off - Holidays, vacation, and sick days * Life & Disability Insurance Options - Basic, supplemental, short- and long-term coverage * Safety Gear Provided - Helmets, gloves, and more * Professional Development & Training - OSHA, manufacturer, fall protection, lift certifications * Smartphone or Tablet Provided * Charity Involvement Schedule: * Full-Time, Monday through Friday * Some flexibility depending on project timelines Job Type: Full-time Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: * North Richland Hills, TX (Required) Ability to Relocate: * North Richland Hills, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
