Job Overview: The Sales Analyst will play a key role in analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to support data-driven decision-making. Acting as a trusted advisor to VP of Sales, this role offers high visibility and strong career advancement opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales forecasting, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies, preferably within the automotive aftermarket industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer purchasing behavior to identify opportunities for growth and align sales initiatives with business objectives. * Develop and maintain sales forecasts, revenue projections, and KPI reports to support strategic planning. * Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize pricing, product positioning, and market expansion. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to enhance go-to-market strategies. * Monitor competitive trends, industry benchmarks, and aftermarket demand shifts to support business development initiatives. * Support the implementation and optimization of CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP). * Lead special projects and initiatives that drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus). * 5+ years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis, preferably in the automotive aftermarket or manufacturing sector. * Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Tableau. * Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies. * Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to senior leadership. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
