Description: JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepares, reviews and approves all sales invoices * Works closely with Rental and Service Departments * Provides support to Asset Manager as needed (title work, cost sheets, etc.) * Maintain current call list * Supports efforts with social media and acts as a representative to trade shows, etc. as needed * Works to establish new accounts and increase sales growth * Assists with coordination of outside sales efforts for all territories and sales representatives * Motivates, encourages, and provides leadership to sales team * Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment to meet their needs * Attends weekly production meetings and facilitates sales meetings as needed * Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations * Maintains accurate expense records * Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: * 2 - 3 years of experience sales * Experience with Heavy Equipment sales a plus * Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills * Strong leadership skills * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent problem-solving skills * Thorough understanding of company's markets, clients, products and services and those of competitors * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software * Must pass a criminal background and drug test * Must also submit to random drug tests during employment
