Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Property and Casualty Personal Lines Customer Service Representative who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced hybrid environment. This role is pivotal in managing high call volumes and delivering superior client service. Key Responsibilities: * Address and resolve billing issues efficiently. * Implement policy changes accurately and promptly. * Manage claims reporting and processing. Requirements: * Must hold a valid property/casualty insurance license. * Preferably 2+ years of experience in insurance customer service. * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
