Job Summary The PT Fitness Sales Counselor will be responsible for meeting or achieving monthly goals set out each month, as well as assisting in creating and maintaining the marketing strategies to increase membership sales and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, sales, customer service, communication, and marketing. Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Assists with promoting membership sales within the community by attending community and corporate functions * Sell memberships and personal training packages by motivating prospective members to begin workout programs that will help them attain their goals with PT Fitness * Assist with lead generation * Work with a task oriented program to insure accountability and completion of tasks * Proficiency with voice and written communication * Create and foster strategic relationships Job Qualifications * Effective customer service skills * Previous successful sales experience preferred * Solid verbal and written communication skills with attention to proper grammar * Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment * Functional computer skills and experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media websites * Health and fitness minded people strongly preferred * Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekends as needed To apply send resume to [please apply online]
