As an Insurance Sales Representative , you'll join a team committed to delivering value and protection to our 400,000+ membersmany of whom are just waiting to hear from you. This role offers a dynamic blend of inbound inquiries, warm leads from our Membership and Travel departments, and opportunities to drive your own outreach. You'll work in a supportive, team- based setting where your initiative and effort are directly tied to your success. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance-based commissions, bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development. Salary: $45000 - $65000 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities * Respond to inbound requests and contact existing members to provide insurance quotes and guidance * Develop new business through prospecting, community networking, and leveraging warm leads * Meet and exceed monthly sales production goals set by leadership * Master the agencys product offerings, systems, and sales tools through ongoing training * Identify opportunities to cross-sell life and commercial insurance policies Requirements * Property & Casualty License * Bachelor's degree a bonus, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Prior insurance or general sales experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance-specific software * Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Passion for helping others and providing high-quality solutions Company Description Insurance Agency within the Greater AAA Hoosier Motor Club.
