Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing long-term relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate service agreements while ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, has strong communication and negotiation skills, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Sales Growth * Identify and generate leads through direct outreach, networking, and referrals. * Convert prospects into clients by effectively presenting and explaining CE Real Estate Improvements ' services. * Maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and relationship-building. * Negotiate service agreements and close deals that align with client needs and company objectives. Client Relationship Management * Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business. * Conduct regular check-ins and collect client feedback to improve service offerings. * Work closely with the Business Developer to align sales strategies with company growth goals. Other Requirements * Travel across the San Francisco Bay Area to meet clients and conduct on-site visits. * Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive. Qualifications & Skills: * Experience: Minimum of [X] years in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in real estate, janitorial, or property services). * Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking abilities. * Customer Service: Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships. * Language: Fluent in Spanish & English (Required). * Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle for travel within the San Francisco Bay Area. * Preferred Experience: Knowledge of property maintenance, janitorial services, or construction industries is a plus.
