Summary: This position would be overseeing the leads that arise through the KBB portal and identifying vehicle purchases options. We focus on bringing our customers the latest technology and creating a unique vehicle selling/buying experience. The ideal candidate would be someone with BDC background and who feels comfortable interacting with customers over the phone, correspondence through email and text. Full-time position. Candidate must be able to work Friday and Saturday Benefits: Medical, dental & vision plan Good work/life balance- flexible hours 401(k) savings plan Basic life insurance Supplemental Insurances (Accidental & Critical Illness) Paid Time Off Responsibilities: Process KBB customer who want to sell their car Inspect/Appraisal vehicle upon arrival Work with Used Sales Manager to obtain a final price/quote Review customer data and assist customers throughout their trade cycle Strive for continual improvement as a whole Requirements: A fresh wholesome attitude, with smarts and a hard work ethic At least one year of Customer Service experience At least one year of BDC experience KBB Auto Buying experience a plus but not required Superior communication skills, both oral and written Positive visual and verbal presence is necessary Capable of interacting with customers in person as well as over the phone Ability do take direction, be a quick learner, and enjoy working with people Must be willing to take and pass pre-employment background check and drug test _ Murgado Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
