Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. * Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Skills * Proven experience in sales or a related field is essential. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus. * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques in sales.
