Join the Generator Supercenter team as a Sales Representative and contribute to providing reliable power solutions to their customers. If you have a passion for sales, a technical aptitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply. * What You 'll Do: * Conduct in-home consultations with customers to understand their power requirements, backup needs, and budget constraints * Recommend appropriate standby generator models, sizing, and additional equipment based on customer needs * Communicate technical specifications in a clear and understandable manner to address customer questions and concerns * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process * We 'd love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below: * High School Diploma required, additional education is a plus * 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within home services or the power equipment industry (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Generators) * Proficiency using various technology platforms: CRM systems, Microsoft 365 products, Google Workspace, and other sales-related software (knowledge of Mailchimp, Insightly, ServiceTitan, Hoovers is a plus) * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites, as required * Willingness to utilize personal vehicle for all work travel _ This job is with an independent Generac dealer and not for employment with Generac Power Systems, Inc._ _ We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law._
