What You 'll Do * Coordinate sales orders from lead to delivery. working with Sales, Estimation, Production, Accounting. * Keep our CRM (HubSpot) and ERP (Odoo) organized and up to date. * Handle incoming sales calls and follow up with customers on quotes and orders. * Support bid management, pricing, and project documentation. * Help organize training sessions and attend 3-5 trade shows annually. * Ability to work additional hours/days necessary to meet business demands Performance * 30 days - Be able to do basic job functions within HubSpot and Odoo. Integrate yourself into a cohesive team and actively participate in personal development. * 60 days - Maintain HubSpot (the Customer Relationship Manager system) and project files. Facilitate weekly meetings of the sales team. Develop strong relationships with the customer base. * 90 days - Oversee the bid management process for all sales submitted. Owning the project checklist, prospecting opportunities, reviewing specifications, assisting in developing quotes, and follow-up. What You Bring * 3+ years in customer service or sales support. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Detail-oriented with great organizational instincts. * Experience with CRM/ERP systems (HubSpot and Odoo a plus). * Bonus points for manufacturing or fabrication knowledge.
