Part-Time Sales Coordinator FLSA Status: Exempt (20 hrs./week) Department: Education Services Reports To: Executive Director Summary Under the general direction of and reporting to the Executive Director, the Part-Time Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of sales activities for various programs. This position requires a flexible and collaborative individual who can effectively communicate with clients, assist in managing sales initiatives, and ensure a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while contributing to the growth and success of the Urban Learning Collaborative. Position Type: Part-time Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * Proven sales experience or a strong background in customer service or client relations * Ability to understand and adapt to diverse customer needs and industries * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and client expectations * Proficiency in using technology to access and manage sales data, track leads, and communicate with clients and colleagues * Excellent attention to detail * Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and present products or services effectively * Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment * Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field * Previous experience in sales or a related field, particularly in a customer-facing role * Experience in working with diverse client groups or industries Other Information: * Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed, to accommodate client schedules * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings or site visits Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Conduct regular sales meetings and follow-up calls with clients to assess their needs and progress. * Review client feedback and sales data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Provide clients with tailored solutions and recommendations based on their needs and preferences. * Ensure accuracy and consistency in sales reports and client documentation. * Maintain open communication with the executive director, clients, and management regarding account progress and sales targets. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and prompt resolution of any issues.
