Sales Representative - Medical Practice Directory Company Overview: Our company has a strong foundation in the medical industry, having successfully built and operated multiple healthcare services, including hormone replacement therapy, body sculpting, and facial aesthetics. Leveraging our expertise, we are now expanding into the business development space, helping other medical practices grow through proven strategies. As part of this initiative, we have launched a modern, robust directory for medical practices--similar to platforms like Zocdoc or Alma--designed to help providers enhance their visibility and attract more patients. Position: Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth for our medical practice directory. This role will focus on cold calling from a vetted list of medical practices--specifically those providing vasectomies and general urological care--to bring them onto our platform. Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to medical practices, introducing them to our directory and the benefits of joining. * Develop relationships with decision-makers, including urologists and practice managers. * Educate prospects on how our platform can increase their visibility, attract more patients, and improve their marketing efforts at a low barrier cost. * Overcome objections and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each practice. * Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline to meet sales targets. * Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights to help refine our offerings. Qualifications: * 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or medical marketing. * Strong communication and persuasive skills. * Comfortable with cold calling and relationship-building. * Self-motivated and results-driven. * Ability to learn and articulate product benefits effectively. * Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
