At KODIF, we empower customer support teams by driving efficiencies across the entire lifecycle of customer interactions with our no-code, AI-based chatbot. We're scaling our outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) team to connect with future customers and shape how they leverage generative AI. Key Responsibilities * Prospect Engagement : Identify and engage with potential customers across channels like LinkedIn, email and cold calling to book meetings for the Sales team. * Strategy Execution : Implement and refine outbound business development strategies to achieve measurable results. * Tech-Driven Outreach : Explore and test cutting-edge sales technologies to enhance speed and outreach personalization. * Customer Education : Educate executives and customer support leaders about the transformative power of generative AI in enhancing their operations. * Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for generating SQOs. * Innovation and Autonomy : Bring creativity to your approach, challenging the status quo and contributing new ideas to our playbook. What We 're Looking For We're seeking a positive, driven, and curious individual excited about making an impact in a dynamic startup environment. You should thrive on independence, innovation, and taking ownership of your work while embracing a collaborative culture. Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BDR role or similar. * Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills. * Proven experience in outbound lead generation and hyper-personalized outreach. * Ability to effectively articulate technical products to diverse audiences. * Consistency and organization in managing lead follow-ups. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Experience with tools such as Hubspot, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. * Passion for testing sales technology and contributing to building an outbound tech stack. * Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in similar roles. * Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup culture. * A relentless curiosity about our users and a commitment to providing exceptional experiences.
