Attention personal lines insurance professionals! We are expanding our Sales and Service Team! The Kelley Insurance Agency is seeking an Inside Insurance Account Specialist to join one of the top performing teams in the state. You will be responsible for generating results by helping customers / prospects with their property and casualty insurance needs inside and outside our book of business. Through helping customers , you will be responsible for assessing cross-selling opportunities in order to decrease exposures and provide better protection. We are looking for self-driven individuals who are "A" players and enjoy a fast paced, upbeat, and results driven environment. Valid Wisconsin Property and Casualty License is required. Your main goal will always be put the customer's best interest first in order to properly protect them. Salary $55,000 - $80,000+ per year Job Description Benefits for the Insurance Account Specialist: * Base salary plus a competitive commission structure * Bonus incentive based on individual/agency performance * Paid time off - personal time and holidays * Training provided * 401k with matching after 1 year of employment Requirements for the Insurance Account Specialist: * Wisconsin Property and Casualty licenses * Customer Service experience is required * Exceptional communication skills on phone and in person * Professional demeanor and appearance * Drive and ambition to succeed * Sincere desire to help people * Ability to work independently and as a team Responsibilities for the Insurance Account Specialist: * Servicing customers on a daily basis while building stronger relationships * Achieve sales goals and measurables by identifying sales opportunities inside the book of business. * Solve underwriting and inspection issues as they arise * Assist with filing and handling claims * Meeting and exceeding current and prospective client expectations * Presenting and explaining our products and services * Setting appointments and meeting with prospective customers at our office * Maintaining organized client information * Process onboarding documents * Assist with agency marketing processes. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year .
