Key Responsibilities * Assist clients with billing inquiries, policy coverages, renewals, and claims processing. * Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels. * Maintain accurate client records and documentation. * Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years of experience with Allstate insurance products and systems. * Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License. * Proficient in Allstate's internal systems, including Gateway, eAgent, and AP. * Strong knowledge of Allstate policy coverages, including auto, home, renters, and other personal lines. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. * Demonstrated ability to provide efficient and empathetic customer service, ensuring clients feel heard and valued. * Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
