Compensation: $70,000 base + commission Responsibilities: * Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within insurance company databases * Maintain a high standard of customer service excellence when solving billing, policy change, claims, or coverage related issues * Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits * Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients * Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers Qualifications: * Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs; experience using agency management systems considered a plus * Deep knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their limits and value propositions * Prior experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines * Superb written and verbal communications skills required * Valid, state issued insurance license is mandatory: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License About Company State Farm Insurance is a quality Insurance Company that sells Auto, Fire, Life, and Health products.
