Job Description Join Our Team as a Telemarketer and Help Drive Our Success! Are you an outgoing and persuasive individual with a knack for communication? We're looking for energetic Telemarketers to join our team! As a Telemarketer, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, presenting our products or services, and setting appointments for our sales team. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain detailed records of calls and track progress in our CRM system. Handle objections and answer customer questions in a professional and friendly manner. Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting goals. Follow up on leads and re-engage past clients to nurture relationships. Requirements What Were Looking For: Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly phone presence. Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus, but not required. A self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to stay motivated. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily targets. Ability to handle rejection and stay focused on achieving goals.
